Data collection
When you sign up for violin lessons you provide the following data: Email address, Telephone number, Student's name (and parents name if relevant). During the period you take lessons with me you may send me emails and texts with other relevant information.
Use of data
I use emails to: Invoice you for each half terms lesson and let you know the term dates, Let you know about performance opportunities and holiday classes, Answer any queries you have sent me, Occasionally let you know about local concerts that might be of interest. I use the telephone number to: Let you know about any last minute changes to your lesson, Answer any queries you have sent me. I do not use your data for anything else or share your data with anyone.
Data storage
Your email address is stored in my address book on gmail. Your phone number is stored on my mobile phone by first name of student (and parent if relevant). Any emails or texts you send will remain in my webmail inbox or on my phone.
Data removal
All the data above will be deleted within one month of your last lesson. You can contact me to ask me to delete your data sooner or to ask to see any of your data.
